want to change my name, its totally silly. bought BF4 to play and my account is * up. cant change * cause every setting requires a security question or some sort, and that part is in russian for some reason, and i have no idea what the answer is as i never set any such question, please reset this for me or return the money for the game and i will make a new account in stead.

If you want to change your password/security question.
Go to www.origin.com and Login. Go to My Account=>Security=>Account Security and Edit. If you do not remember your secret answer, you can contact EA support:
1) Go to http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ .2) Select a game or product and select your platforms (Mac or PC). 3)Select a Topic (Some topics do not support the option "Live Chat". If you select "Account Management" option "Live Chat" will be available. If you select a "Account Security" option "Live Chat" will not be available). Also, I advise you prepare all information about your Account. Other methods to contact EA support.

not working very good, all i get is this : How would you like to contact us? and then no options whats so ever. pretty much meaningless.

Ok i guess what they asked was in russian too cause no one seems to understand what they asked. They asked why is their security question in RUSSIAN when they dont speak that language. I am having the same problem.
