Same problem here. After the latest patch, crashes on EVERY game after playing for a bit. Here is my attached DXDIAG

Hey @Suteishia,
It looks like a lot of people that use Ryzen have been having some issues with Battlefield 1 with this new Update.
Here are some steps that have helped some people, not sure if they may work for you:
- Clear Origin Cache:

- Manually Uninstall/Reinstall Origin (Follow the "How to uninstall Origin the Hard Way steps)

Okay. Please do a clean boot again and launch the game. When your game will crash, please create a new DxDiag file immediately after the crash. I would like to see your fresh DxDiag reports.

Here is my DxDiag after the game crash but I don't know if it will change because I need to restart the computer after the game crashes.
