Windows says I am running up to date however I still crash while in game after 1-5 minutes of playing. Dxdiag attached,

Hello there.
I didn't think I would be posting here again so soon (had those audio cutouts problems on Ryzen as well).
Running latest Windows 10 build. In fact, I have another partition for the Insider Program, and it crashes there as well. It's quite random, sometimes crashes 5 minutes onto the game, and other times I can play just fine for a couple of hours, 'till it crashes again.
Tried without OC on the CPU, RAM or GPU.
@Ryzen 7 1700 @3.00GHz/3.70GHz
MSI GTX 1080 Armor OC (stock OC values) 397.64 (had crashes on the prior driver version too, though)2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz @KSK_Steiner/3200MHz
MSI x370 Krait Gaming - BIOS version 7A33v1C (AGESA code 1.0.0.2a)
Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 (Build 17134.48... I think. I can't check right now, but that should be the latest one available) / Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Version 1803 (Build 17666.1000)
Tried a clean boot and everything.
My friend has a non OC'd Ryzen 1600 with a GTX 760, and has the same issues. Latest Windows 10 Home version.
Looking forward to see this problem solved. There has been some suggestions on this thread, but none has really worked. As I said, sometimes it can take an hour or two to crash, so you'd think that solution worked, but nope, it ends up crashing again, and again. Really frustrating, and I'm losing all my XP boosts haha, I'll stop using them for now until this gets addressed.Thanks!

Took a night to update to the new windows build and forgot to come back. Yes, the update to the new windows build fixed my issues.
However, going start, windows settings, windows update and doing the update from there did NOT work. I had to go and download an independent app, windows 10 assistant. Also had several issues while running the update where i had to restart it multiple times.
No issues since the update.
