Ryzen users are crashing every 5-15 minutes, sometimes even less. The game is unplayable.

- trying uninstall origin and reinstall it again
I tried this and it didn't work. I updated Windows to version 1803 and have not had a problem since.
Updating to windows 1803, some of you may not have realized that simply running windows update on some builds will NOT get you the most current build of windows. I had to manually get the update from the windows site because my windows update was saying it was already current. Will post after installing to see if it's fixed the issue.
Try the Windows Update Assistant, it worked for me:
A few days ago my game was running fine, then suddenly for the past 2-3 days my game has crashed every hour or so, sometimes every map. It's really frustrating because it usually happens when I'm doing well, and it's started to make me give up on the game. I've looked up multiple fixes, such as disabling the geforce overlay, origin overlay, clearing cache and repairing the game ETC. All the "fixes" i've seen, people have tried reinstalling and it doesn't work for them and since my internet is horrible, I'm not going to bother.
Specs (even though they're in the dxdiag file)
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 1700X Eight-Core Processor
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB (VRAM is low, i know but these crashes haven't happened before)
Mobo: MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB (should be running at 2933mhz)
HDD (BF1 is on here): WD Blue 2TB
That should be all the important stuff, just ask if you need more.

Tried this and played 1h no crash, will test more tomorrow
Tried again today, played 1-2 hours no crashing. Seems to have done the trick for me.
