I've heard of these kind of errors before, as far as I know they have been solved very differently:
- Reinstalling DX11 from the installationfile inside the Battlefield 3 game folder can help
- Downgrading your graphics driver to 296.10 or something else
- Downclocking your GPU (like 30mhz) if it's not overclocked
- Increasing the voltage of the GPU (especially if it's overclocked)
- Formatting the computer (apparently DirectX can become so corrupt that it can't be fixed)
- It may be a broken gfx card / powersupply
- Update/reflash the Bios on the GPU
