Same low performane on every graphical option?

I had a setup (Core i7 7700k, GTX 1060 6G, 16 gigs of ram) for two years. My setup wasn't able to handle Battlefield 1 with 60 fps on high settings so i upgraded my GPU to a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super ...

@DaddyStalin78 I would still say check your gpu driver, try a few different drivers and see if that helps.

It might not be a cpu issue but rather the game not using your gpu properly.

I've completely removed my GPU drivers and reinstalled the latest 2 days ago, yet nothing had changed.
