So I was playing domination and noticed my score on the scoreboard was being cut by half!?! For example, if I capture a domination control point, I only get 12 points instead of 25, etc etc.
Funny thing is, I think it add ups right after the match in the score screen in the amount of XP I get. I wouldn't really mind, but I'm getting screwed out of MVP ribbons and top squad ribbons.
Anyone else having this issue?

Same thing is happening to me on Xbox 360. If you check at battlelog.battlefield.com it shows you the actual score it counted, but when you're actually playing it has it reduced at least 50%. It seems to account for your real score on your Score Per Minute, but as you all said, i'm losing MVP ribbons and maybe Ace Squad ribbons.
The first day I played online it wasn't messing up the score, but it suddenly started doing it the second day. It would be super nice if there was a way to fix this so I don't have to continue looking like the biggest noob in the game everytime the game ends.
Pretty sure it's related to the double XP launch event.
It looks like the battlelog is counting MVP and Ace Squad ribbons though, so this might not be such a big deal other than appearance.
