Security Answer on Origin
How do I change my name on Origin if I forgot my security answer ?
You'll have to contact a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us so that they can assist you with resetting your security question first. Afterwards you can change your Origin ID yourself via the Origin client or Origin store.
