Why TFA security email code not sent? I need this to edit my profile and logined to new device, I can't contact EA in https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us, live chat is not work, and I checked my spam-box had not verify code, so what should I do?

Is it possible that your Ea account is linked to another Email address?
If not, it's possible that someone hacked your account and changed the Email address.
Please contact Ea selecting "Call me" service, the only one that deal with these matters, to get this investigated.

Maybe you have activated some filters that are preventing the mail to show up correctly on your inbox. Is this possible?
sry is not, I think is EA's problem, but I cant contact EA in https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us, so have another way contact EA? such as email or other.
