There is a self boost issue on pearl market RUSH ( defending team )
They get on the middle building all the way on top ( where is the green small hut )
I reported them but will there be taking action ?
And there is impossible for US to attack them unless they make themselvs visible in the corner of the building

Not sure if it is really a boosting problem that you are reporting there, or just actually matter of gfact a team that works well together and huddles on the top floor to defend it all together. Nothing wrong with that, especially not as you say its in a Rush game and they are the defending team. That is just simply how a defending team is even intended to play great together with teamwork and communicate on how to defend that flag from the enemy.
Now, if it is really a question of true boosting, then that is of course prohibited according to the EA/DICE TOS. But boosting is something like abusing some game mechanics to obtain XP or weapon/vehicle unlocks that otherwise would not be granted if playing against enemies in same situation.
Example could maybe be like one team mate getting a handgrenade from his Support friend's ammo box. Just for him to drop it at his own feet and then suicide with it. And then for another Assault friend standing next to him who then defibbing him back to life. Whereafter he then proceeds to repeat that same process again and again. Whereby the Assault and Support friend keeps boosting their XP and stats by doing this again and again, all with no interactions with any enemy.
But this is though not really what it appears that you are reporting here in your post?
If boosting, then you can of course report that to the EA/DICE team, who in theory should take action on stripping those players from their gained XP. and potentially also give them temporary game bans. But honestly here many years since launch, realistically I doubt that they actually will do anything about it. Most players also these days do not really care so much about XP anyway anymore. We are long past those days. Now its more about just having fun in the game, together with our friends and foes! 👍
