Server admin abuse
While playing on:

A server admin killed me so he could take the AA I was in. Then told me in voice to "Kill myself".
Can Dice investigate admin abuse at all? Or is there a location to report these people? [removed player's name]
Honestly, they should not be allowed to even have their servers listed if they do this stuff.

Such situations can always be reported to our Terms of Service team for further investigation. In Battlefield 4 you can do it in three different ways: in game, via Battlelog or through Origin. You will find detailed instructions in this article.
I also removed the player's name from your post. There's no need to call out such people here, we should let our dedicated team take care of the case 😉
