Server Ban - cash payment to unban

I got banned from a 5 limit explosives metro server, my 6th kill was with a flashbang.

I spoke with Admin via their website and they said i could get the ban overrided if i made a cash donation to their website.

Is this even legal?

    Im not sure. I have seen plenty of server advitising for VIP slots if you donate to the server but not this.

    Can't you just find another server to play on?

    I don't think that this is legal. I'll pass it onto the Community team for evaluation.

    Reaperkillz can you PM me the server, I've spoke to one of the Battlelog CMs and he'll get the right people on it but we need the server.
