Server Banner won't appear in-game

I have tried deleting and re uploading the banner but even though battlelog says it has been successfully uploaded it still does not appear in-game.

I would like to know how to fix this problem, I did not pay for a broken server.

I'm having the same problem and can't seem too fix it, it's the right dimensions and defitely not too big size wise.

I have also had this issue which also includes my server which I rented since April 2014 is now frozen and no one can join.  At least I was able to name my server "Do not join Broken".

I GOT THE SOLUTION GUYS.... YAY!!!!

Righty... the Battlefield 4 servers (and later Battlefield 3 servers) don't like Photoshop prepared Banners... so prepare your banner first in Photoshop or another media as per size and quality as normal... but then when you have saved the file... open it once again in 'Paint' on your PC (for example just save the Photoshop jpg to your desktop... right click it and click open with > Paint) once the file is open in paint then simply save it to the desk top once again... then use the new paint saved image on the Battlefield 4 server... and well mine worked straight away... good luck.
