Servers bad

    I can't see evidence of server issues over the last few days, so it makes sense to try checking for local or ISP issues. Having a high-speed connection is a small part of having a solid connection, stability and quality are key. As the evidence suggests that the issues aren't on the server end, checking from your side is in your best interest.

    It also contains instructions on running a uotrace, which is a tool that can diagnose network quality issues.
