When servers will work normaly ???

Please be patient and wait till its going to be fixed "We have identified an issue where the game server will crash and disconnect players. We have a fix in progress to address this issue in a server update and will let you know once it's ready to roll out."

Its very good that you know a problem, but it need to fix it as soon as you can.
We are calm, but the game was released on October 29 and almost a week we can not normally play in it.
And you must understand us and you must do your update faster. And then to you will not have any complaints.
Thank you that you answered on my questions. We believe that you will make update very fast, and we all will play in Battlefield 4.
