I've been having a similar problem lately i think. Do you get into a game and then have it crash with the message: "Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PUnkBuster kicked player '_____' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed."?
I updated my punkbuster as one of the suggested threads suggested, but to no avail. I have a screenshot of it, but I can't figure out how to post that here.
