how is it possible that I do not have access to my own server. the first problem -for a few days is that I could not set up  any settings , and from today I can not join him so tell me what i pay 4

    It might be that an Game Advisor need to reset your rented server. Just get in contact with one of our Advisor via the following link: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=battlefield-4

    They can access your server and provide further assistance but will need some of your details for their verification process.
