i bought a shortcut kit on bf1 and non of the classes leveld up and non of the guns that i was suppose to unlock where given to me. i did the purchase on november 26th 2022 and had to try support for help. non of that helped so i gave up untill now that i reinstalled the game and hopes that the issue was fixed by ea.
if i can't get help with this i atleast want my money back because i payed money for nothing at this point.

Unfortunately the weapons in your screenshot aren't unlocked through the shortcut kits. They predominently require the relevant DLC pack and for the unlock challenge to be completed (a handful, like the Martini Henry Sniper, do not require DLC but the in-game unlock challenge must be completed still).
For example the Lebel Model 1886 Sniper needs the They Shall Not Pass DLC and then five headshots with the Russian 1895 Sniper in a round and 10 periscope spot assists.
i thought that the kit gave the guns to you aswell, thanks for letting me know!
i have not gotten the level 50 on the classes tho so something is still wrong.
if this is the case i have been so bitter for no reson for over a year about ea screwing me over on this. could you please enlighten me on what exactly a shortcut kit gives you if it isn't giving you either levels for the class or unlocks the weapons. i tried to google it after i saw your reply and the explination they write about what it exactly it gives you is a litle unclear.
