Shotgun kills on Phantom assignment not registering ribbons

i have unlocked the 3 phantom assignments but the killings are not being registered iv seen on other sights to get rid of premium and download the file again but on the store premium says no content ...

Looking at your account, you have 0 progress for either of the phantom assignments. Are you playing on a different psn account?
