Since last 'Origin' update settings keep resting

Hi to all, yesterday I launched Origin to play BF1 with my brother, just to be greeted by the intro scene again. It dawned at me what was about to happen ... and it did. The game completely reset ...

Could you post a DxDiag when you have the chance? You can find more info on how to pull one up at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thank you!

    Do you have BF1 installed on the same drive as Origin itself, or are they on separate drives?

      Both are installed on the 'D' drive, my system runs on C (default).

        Got it, thanks!

        Would it be possible to move the installation to the C drive to test and see if that makes any difference?
