Single player unfinishable

I am STILL unable to finish the single player campaign.  I've entirely reformatted my PC, redownloaded the game, and have an entirely different video card (HD7870 instead of twin GeForce 9600GTs) so ...

Hi there

What mission is this bug on? And what part of the mission?

I have done the BF3 campaign twice on hard, both on PC and XBOX and never had any issues and from a quick search i can find no other people with this problem.
