I completed the 5th War Story by destroying the armored train, however the 6th story (apparently just a cutscene and credits) will not unlock so it does not show that I've completed the game. Any idea how to remedy this?

I went back through and checked my achievements; I found that for some reason it didn't show I had completed the final mission on "The Runner". I played it again and it unlocked the sixth story. Thanks.

Have you completed every mission in single player? This should unlock the Remember Us sequence. What platform are you playing the game?

Xbox One. Yes, I completed all of them in order.

Weird one, just to tick all the boxes have you cross referenced all achievements for completing each war story, just to rule out having maybe inadvertently starting a new war story without completing a previous one.

Also, did you start the single player pre the latest patch/update and finish it post patch/update? Just looking at possibilities, if that's the case you might want to try clearing the cache and attempting to finish again.

Have you tried to power cycle (turn it off and turn it on again) your console? Can you do this and if this won`t unlock the last chapter, can you try to finish the last mission one more time?

I completed the last mission again last night; it still does not unlock the sixth story. I went back through and checked all of the stories, from what I can tell I am not missing any parts of stories 1-5.

I had this same problem, the cause of this is that you have to finish all episodes on the same difficulty.
So if you finished all but one on normal difficulty and the other one on hard or easy you have to finish that episode on normal to get it unlocked.
