@Glockslinger217 thanks for your report. Have you already tried to repair your game via Origin? To do so, open Origin and head to your "My Games" library. Click with the right mouse button on BF:Hardline and choose "Repair Install" in the pop-up window. The process might take a while as Origin will check all your game data for possibly corrupted files. It would be also interesting to know if the issue persists if you change various graphic settings, from general resolution to AA or other features.
Please keep us updated.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Still no luck. It's back to the original issue. If you zoom in with the 700 or awp rifles, it goes black. The .300 knockout rifles and the semi-auto sniper
rifles zoom in normally. I ran the repair function you spoke of twice. Where do we go from here?

just curious, are you playing in multiplayer?
I only ask because the last game you played was 1 month ago on NO BRATS ALLOWED NO KILL DRIVERS ED (NO KILL SERVER)you should be aware as well that as a no kill server you do run the risk of getting reset.
which driver release are you running on and what OS

The scope problem is when playing the single player campaign. The 700 and awp bolt rifles are doing this. The .300 knockout bolt rifle and the semi auto sniper rifles
seem to work properly. I running windows 10 and all current chip set and gpu drivers.
