So what's up with the new patch ?

I turned on HIGH the Network Update and turned off the Smooth Factor. The game rubberbands like crazy. It has micro-sttuterings all the **bleep** time ! It's on the point where it's unplayable ! Bef...

Same here... When i enter in a server, the game drops to 15 fps for 10 seconds, in the deploy screen... before it, it goes to 150 fps as usual but the stuttering is still there.
