SOLVED - PC Version - BF1 wil not launch from Origin

This how my issue with BF1 started  I had Origin starting with Windows, Origin pops up and update available, I click ok, update fails.  I  manually close Origin, try update again, this time update works.  I try to load BF1, all I get is the small dialog box in the upper left hand side of screen and nothing.  The dialog box stalls, no spinning circle, BF1 not responding, and then closes and back to Origin.

I searched this forum for answers.  I have tried changing drivers, clean boot (per EA's CS page), clean install (including registry clean as described by EA) of Origin, multiple reinstall of BF1 and turning off Clouds saves.  Turning off cloud saves did nothing.  I turned it back on.  I have also run repair game as an admin and that did nothing.  I have turned off all security programs and the game still does not launch.

BF4 will fire up no problem.  I though maybe the BF1 servers were down because of the recent hurricane through North Carolina, I'm in Boston.  Nothing from EA.

I'm open to any fresh ideas about how to fix the game so it loads properly.  I'm running an Intel 2600K, Asrock motherboard & an EVGA 1070 SC. This matter of the game not loading properly is anything but solved.

Solved - I found this post https://answers.Ea.Com/t5/battlefield-4/game-keep-s-crashing-for-no-reason-dxgi-dll/td-p/2920598 regarding the source of my error, the dxgi.Dll file. I simply pasted the dxgi.Dsll into the folder where I have the bf1 game installed and finally the game fired up.

What occurred after pasting the dx file, was the game started and finished the update that that began when I initially opened origin and origin crashed during the update process. The dxgi.Dll file was removed from the bf1 folder when origin crashed.

Glad I found the source of the error. Hopefully no more origin crashing during updates.

No Problem.  I don't like to see threads like the one I posted go without resolution.  Hopefully it helps someone else out.
