[Solved] Are your stats Gone/Reset?

im having this isssue, plus all of my unlocks are gone

The real issue is I have had this problem off and on for about a week. I called DICE, EA, Origins etc. With no response. Are their any EA customer service reps willing to help because my game has been broken off and on for a week.

jpo197334, What exactly have been your issues? I can do my best to give you a hand to fix it.

The bug occuring now, the loss of everything, will happen. I will have to restart the game 3-4 times to get it to reset. This occurs about every 3-4 Hrs of gameplay.

What system is this on? Are you ever experiencing any connection issues? Have you tried to re install the game? There could be something corrupt in the save files.

evil3y3s, I personally cannot do anything to speed up the process of it getting fixed. But i can inform you on the latest on what i hear about this case. Its currently being worked on and will be fixed very soon

PS3, Perfect Connection (Router, not wireless, but did try both), Disc not download, I also deleted all game files (Which means I lost all of my campaign missions because of this problem as well 😕mileymad🙂 and cleaned the disk with a legitamate disk cleaning liquid. At this point I have done everything on my end to fix this issue.

jpo197334 that is interesting. I have my copy of BF4 downloaded onto my PS4 and when i had a PS3, I personally think this game isn't really meant for the PS3. The hardware cannot handle it that well. It sucks but that is sometimes the way it is with older products. I had a lot of problems also on PS3 and that's why i upgraded. I never have issues anymore. I also had a perfect new ps3 without any issues and it froze crashed and everything on this game.
