Hi there,
I reach the game. See the map.
When I select a squad member I can see his/her view.
When I click on deploy, I see my own view and weapon on the square box on the left but I am unable to move and still on the map view. If I click somewhere else, I loose my view.
I can redeploy or wait to being killed.
I can't move nor fire nor move my house.
I tried everything but was unsucessful .
Is there something I must do?

Open pbsvc and and click uninstall... Then open it again and click install(be sure u are running as administrator for both uninstall and uninstall)
you can find it in c:\program files x86\origin games\ battlefield 4
once you have done this then click start and run services... look for pnkbstrb... if its there then everything is cool.
if you still have problems the open services and make sure that it is set to automatic.
I will follow up that after hitting Deploy, and getting stuck in the loadout/deploy screen, I can see my character's view in the Feed and that occassionally clicking on the classes at the top of the screen drops me into first-person and I can begin playing. But that is inconsistent, I am usually completely stuck in the Deploy/Loadout screen.

Yes! That is exactly it; I'll try the punkbuster fix tonight—thanks for the tip.
