[SOLVED] Field Manuel not Spawning in "Breakdown"..So frustrating!

Summarize your bug I'm having a serious problem with a field manual on Breakdown behind the couch in the attic (by machine gun nest). Didn't see it on Hard Playthrough, restarted mission on Easy and did not see it as well. I cleared my Xbox One's cache, then reinstalled the entire game overnight and still no dice (get it?). Not sure what's going on but I'm so mad. I've actually run into this problem on both Xbox One and PC. See video link below for what I am or AM NOT seeing, which is supposed to be a field manual box behind the couch. I'm so frustrated I decided to 100% this game and get blocked from doing so. What happens when the bug occurs? The field manual does not appear to be where it is supposed to be located at. This also appears on PC.
