Some 10 Level Assignments Aren't Progressing

Some 10 level assignments aren't progressing. They have a symbol at the right corner.(They have 2 line like a rank). I'm guessing that shows I have to level up but I am level 58 and just some of the assignments have that symbol.(For example: Firestarter Assignment). How can I fix this?

I have all DLC's except The Dragon's Teeth. I can't even progress on engineer basic. %70 of the assignments have that symbol and I can't progress. I tracked them, but that didn't work.

I completed the carbine veteran assignment, but there is no progress on engineer basic assingment.

The truth hurts like hell but it's the most likely reason. Your game data is more than likely corrupted, try uninstalling and reinstalling Battlefield 4. If you still have issues, try contacting customer support and telling them about it.
