Some dialogue audio does not play during campaign.

Just installed BF4 on my new xbox one and let it install the updates as well. Started playing the campain and got through the first 2-3 missions just fine. The next day I got back to find that nothing had been saved so I had to replay everything up to that point, no biggie. But then I noticed that some dialogue audio is missing, but the subtitles show up. For example, during the 2nd mission (i think) where you get help from "Firebird", the first time I played that mission I could hear the voice but the second time only the subtitles show, no audio. Also during the cut scene before the first china mission, no audio. The dialogue from my squadmates plays fine though. Any ideas?
