Some maps load, some maps dont
Hi.
Apart from all the crashing, texture problems, sound issues and all that other fun stuff that is going on at the moment, I am not able to play the majority of the maps in this game.
Flood Zone
Rogue Transmission
Golmud Railway
Lancing Dam
These are the only maps I can load.
Trying to load any of the other multiplayer maps fails, but it does not give any error, it just sits on the loading screen and never stops.
The same issue is happening with the Singleplayer, I cant stop loading the first level.
Test range is also the same, just loads and loads and loads.
Once this endless load starts, the game cant be shut down anymore and I have to exit it through task manager.
I tried a repair install, it told me I had 17gb of files missing, so it downloaded them.
It didn't fix the issue.
I uninstalled the game, and downloaded the whole thing again.
It didn't fix the issue.
I am now doing another repair install, in which 16.5gb of files are missing.
It probably wont fix the issue.
I have tried reinstalling Punkbuster, DirectX and the Visual C++ redistributables.
I have foolishly gone the origin route, and so this game plus premium has cost me £90. And I can't play it.
