Battlefield 1 - Xbox One

After installing the game while playing campaign, I tried to play multiplayer only to get the message "Access Denied: Sorry, you are not eligible to participate in this activity. See https://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information".

I tried visiting this site. I have not been banned and have a valid Xbox Live Account, and am not underage. I tried using the live chat but got no response even after 3 1/2 hours of waiting.

I can't understand why this is happening and would really appreciate a quick response. Otherwise I will be refunding the game.

I saw a small number of folks affected by this error when they shouldn't be, are you still seeing this today?

If the issue persists, Live chat may be able to assist, if it's not going through after a reasonable length of time (3+ hours being more than reasonable) it might help to try reach out using another browser or another device, in case there's something blocking the connection locally.&nbsp;
