If the game works in a clean boot then I think some program(s) conflicts with the game. You will need to find that program and delete it from your PC. Also, try to run BF4.exe as administrator from your folder where the game was installed. Perhaps you will need to reinstall your audio drivers.

So, have you tried my advice above? Perhaps, reinstalling your Audio driver will fix the issue (Realtek Audio Driver available for download here: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false )
Also, try to run BF4.exe as Administrator from the folder where the game was installed and test the game.

I'm pretty sure that the problem is caused by windows, I did not have this bug before so I think it is because of an update of windows.
