sound cuts off when i click on something in bf4 menu (battlelog)

When I launch bf4, I have sound until I click on something an then the game freezes for about 5 secs and when it unfreezes there is no sound anymore.

    i plugged my headphones in the 3.0 usb slot and it worked.

i think that i have a problem with my audio enhancements because i keep having this message (on the photo) and they keep disabling and re enabling themselves and i can't make them stay disabled or enabled

    I'm pretty sure that the problem is caused by windows, I did not have this bug before so I think it is because of an update of windows.
