This is a possible issue with Window 7/8, not necessarily with BF4.

thats defenetly not the problem therefore not the solution.
and unrelated to your answer i just have to say I'm totaly disapointed from this Forum, "Answer HQ" and no responses on most posts here. a new way for EA to let customers down. if they are in need. let them help each other - becoz why would you want to help your paying customers if you can shove that pile of work into somebody elses jurisdiction.
