Sound is Gone BF 4 PC

Hello,


I used to play Battlefield 4 without any problem and stopped playing for a while. 


Recently I have been wanting to play it but there is no sound in game. There is no sound at all even at loading screen, but the sound in my computer is fine. Sound is okay in every game, youtube or anything else but BF4.

Please help!

    And how would you "Repair" it? I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but it didn't work. The only option it shows me in control panel is "uninstall"

    In your Origin Client, you right-click the game and select "Repair Game"
