Sound Loop Crash on PC

Hello,

Even with the last patch, I'm still experiencing the Sound Loop Crash (for no reason and suddenly, the game will halt freezing the image and looping sound), where the only escape is to Ctrl+Alt+Del and end BF4.exe.

What I've tried so far:

Reinstalled Windows

Updated my BIOS

Installed Motherboard Drivers

Installed lastest Nvidia driver

Installed latest Realtek HD Driver (11/11/2013)

Turned off Firewall

Turned off ALL other programs

The crash used to only happen on Shanghai & Dawnbreaker (with certantity) but now it occurs on all maps at random.

The game is literally unplayable for me.

Windows: Win 7 Home Premium 64b (fully updated)

Motherboard: ASUS P8Z68-V Pro (latest bios and drivers installed)

CPU: Intel i5 2500K (@4.2Ghz)

RAM: 2x 4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600 running on XMP Profile 1 (8-8-8-24)

GFX: MSI GTX 770 Gaming (not overclocked)

As the game completely freezes, there's no crash-logs or entries in the event viewer.

N.B. When it crashes, it seems to be stuck at using 50% CPU. Not sure if that's important or not.
