Sound Output Settings

How do I change the sound output settings for BF4? I was playing and herd a squad mate come over the speakers instead of my headset... and the game was on the headset. Also did not see anything for voice activated for voip.

    Is your headset set to the default communications device and the default device in your sound mixer settings?

    Yes it is. I get the game sound on my head set, but the voip comes over my speakers for what ever reason.
