Summarize your bug If you're not in a squad you can spawn in planes in the larger 'out of bounds' area allowed for planes, however if you're in someones squad you must wait until it enters the playable area for infantry. This means that if you're playing with friends and want to fly a plane you must be in different squads otherwise someone else will spawn and take your seat. If you're in no squad at all you can spawn in the plane the instant they spawn the plane.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make two squads, have people in both. Have one player, hence forth known as the pilot, spawn an attack plane or bomber. Have people in the second squad outside of the pilots squad spawn on the vehicle by clicking on the circle. The squad mates of the pilot must wait until it enters the playable area for infantry.
What happens when the bug occurs? The seats are all taken and you can't play with your squadmate, there's no point to using voice communication to actually communicate what's shooting them as you're not in the plane and have no idea, you can't actually shoot other planes down rather than bailing out at the first sign of trouble. Inevitably another plane attacks them, their tail gunner bails out, and you both rage quit because it's the 10th time it's happened that day and you just want to play together. Also add a flare gun to the tail gunner for both planes, it will spice it up and give you something to do other than twiddling your thumbs 90% of the time.
