Squad Heals not registering for Combat Medic

I am not getting credit for squad heals, it pops on the screen squad heal 110, but it will not show up in the assignment.  I have also noticed that there seems to be a glitch with other assignments, this seems to be less about gun specific assignments and more about other assignments, buts its been glitchy for the last few weeks.
