Squad join not working

I'm not able to see my friends squad join but they can. What is going on with this issue?

    @Fatmen_Olympics Have you guys created a Xbox Live party before you joining in Battlefield and may I ask how many friends you have on Xbox Live? We got some reports that it caused issues for players which had a lot of guys befriended on XBL. Reducing the amount of friends helped them to get rid of the issue.

    We usually start an Xbox live party before getting on battlefield, I had around 176 friends and I deleted people that don't have active accounts so it dropped down to 138.

      Did you ever resolve this issue? Here we are 2 years later and apparently nobody over at EA has decided their game is worth fixing. I can't get the join friend's squad function to work.

        Same issue now..I bought bf4 for ps4 and can't see squads..if i create a squad my friends can join..
