No, I have never played bf4 on any Xbox one console ever before this. Yes, I tried resetting my console. This is a problem that has supposedly been going on since since early early early 2016, and is apparently still not fixed. Can someone from EA just transfer my stats manually, id rather not wait 2 months just for a reply.

Unfortunately there's been no update on when or even if a fix is incoming.
This has been going on since the beginning of the year, its truly sad to see the poor customer support and to see such a low standard set by EA and Dice.
