Hello! I have the problem with connection to the bf3 game and i can't solve it . I've done all steps http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-4/Game-disconnected-you-were-kicked-by-PunkBuster-Stated-reason/m-p/1989915#M69174 but it didn't help. I need your hand with this !!!!!!

Try to Open WINDOW UPDATE and update all the necessary 🙂
i did what you said (installing punkbuster from evenbalance) and now battlelog says this: Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'Votune' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe
