This is the most common directX error that I receive...anybody?

ok that video didnt work for me, i have just read a guide online how to COMPLETELY uinstall my AMD/ATI gfx drivers by deleting folders and registry keys in regedit, i have now reinstall the newest amd beta drivers 13.11 beta 9.2 and will try the game out, i will report back if im still having these wierd flashing lines on the screen and direct x crashes!

just tried beta drivers 13.11 beta 8 and still the same problem!!!!!!!!!
DICE whatever you have done recently in the last 2 days the game has been worse !!!!!!!!!! i cant even play it now
