Battlefield hardline, gun bench broken after “going legendary” (ps5)

I can enter into the gun bench and change the gun bench, custom slots however I cannot save them to later enter into an online match. 

This is not just one of the normal things being taken away after going legendary. There is no lock sign that tells you what assignment you need to do. Additionally, there is like a one in 100 chance that for whatever reason the custom slots save until I go back to the gun bench or even go into an online match. However, this is pretty much useless because it only saves that one time. 

This seems like a game breaking glitch for people that highly covet the gun bench. :(
