still haven't recieve refund after 10 days

I refunded BF4 10 days ago and the money still has not appeared back in my bank account.

I used my master-card DEBIT card to buy it off Origin

I don't know if me bring Filipino and in another continent all together has anything to do with it

PLEASE HELP

    Hey @HyperionPhalanx,

    thanks for getting back with that info - looks like the refund itself is all fine, it is usually processed within 10 working days, sometimes faster, depending on the payment method. Credit and debit cards usually take the longest, but it should be processed soo.

    Thanks, i've already contacted me and they said the money will be refunded in two days
