Store/DLC

I cant access my store to dl the new second assault dlc.  Says that there is no content available, but I'm a premium member and havent had this problem before.

    this is happening to me! and it says that i need to buy premium when i already have it, even on battlelog it asks me to buy premium help!!!

    I am having this issue as well. I am on the PS4 and am not premium member. I just want the free stuff that is available this month.
