Stuck on Loading screen. Match wont load

Hello,

for the past 10 days I was not able to play BF1 as the game crashes when i try to get into a server/match.
It never did this in the past 1.5 years.
I update my GeForce 1080ti driver to the latest one from Nvidia (version 398.82).
I feel the problem started after the driver update or it may be just a pure coincidence.
I contacted the support, cleared the Origin Cache but problem is still here.

    Hello

    Thank you for your answer.
This is the same Nvidia driver that I have (398.98).
Also, I went back to my old driver but it did not change anything so I am assuming it is not related to the driver?
There was also recent patch for BF1, maybe that could be linked to that.
In any case, matches still wont load and I get stuck on the loading screen.
I provided the team with my DxDiag file.
May I have some feedback please?

    Hi,

I just tried to run Battlefield 3 and Battefield 4 and both of them work totally fine.
SO the prob is just with BF1. There was a new update for BF1 released a few days back. Maybe it is related to that?

DXdiag shows that you don't have this driver installed at the time of the print. And the patch was released after you posted your problem so both were not true for you in this case. This is why i suggested it not to try and waste anyone's time. Please keep a fresh perspective when trying to solve this * with the team. Also i'm interested in what game-modes you have tried, and what servers (local host, match making etc.). I for instance always get a black screen with the operations intro's that i solve with the ALT+Ent key combo, not that i think its the case here. But some solutions are more logical then one might think. Also when is the last time you have updated you're network driver? Maybe this could also speed up things. Also Good luck!

Brother, you dont know how to read the DXdiag file. That is hilarious. Now you can understand why you are poor, that's because you are not very bright.
Stop wasting the time of rich and smart people.

I am not even going to explain to you what you did wrong.
DO not answer if you do not know.
    Bad luck to you 🙂

    Hey @Grognard83,

Sorry to hear this issue still persists.

Are you getting any error codes when this occurs?

Here are some other steps you can try:

    1. Manually Uninstall/Reinstall Origin:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

    2. Perform a Clean Boot:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    3. Run Origin and the Battlefield 1 exe file in your Program Files as Administrator

    4. Uninstall/Reinstall Battlefield 1

Try these, and let us know if you still need assistance.

    Thanks 🙂
