OMG I have the same problem after JACKFRAG patch onPS4.
I'm living in Toronto too and using the Rogers Ignite 500u (500MB down, 20MB down).
Before the JACKFRAG revision, I have around 5-20 latency on east coast server and max 40 latency on west coast server.
but since JACKFRAG, I have a few issues that made the game completely broken for me to play.
1,I have 120-150 on east coast servers and about the same for west coast servers.
2,I have 90-110 on European server, YES, I have better latency cross the damn Atlantic ocean.
3,here is the kicker. last night when i Que for operations, I got dumped 5 straight times to European servers, FIVE TIME.
4, and the 6 times I got dumped to a Mid-east server...I mean really? a mid-east server...what's next? the moon?
I've tried everything, so people can save it please.
I'm glad I'm not the only person who has it problem and took time to post it on forums. EA PLZ
I have the exact same problem as you,i live in Newfoundland and have rogers ignite 250 but just after the last revision all i got in every server was yellow bars so your totally not the only 1
