Super high packet loss in Battlefield 4

Hey, Recently I have been having a very bad time with Battlefield 4. I seem to have a very high packet loss in ONLY Battlefield 4. Now, I've seen people do this before and the EA team/people who reply turn it back onto the person who needs help, in this situation, that would be me, but I have taken a screen shot of the CMD where I tested for packet loss and I have 0% packet loss : http://puu.sh/7ZBbY.png . I just want a fix as I hate how I keep getting thrown backwards, one of the worst ones was when I jumped out of my heli and was thrown into its propellers, so any form of information/help with be good for me.     I've talked to my friends playing from all matter of connections and ISP's and BF4 just loves flashing the packetloss icon for all of us.

    I'm presuming it's the BF4 servers that are just sucky or the server software have bugs that causes this, I don't actually know.

    It's not just flashing the icon. I test my PC with the built in tester on Battlefield 4 and it says I have very bad packet loss.
    I'm not sure if it's to do with any poorly done servers, or maybe with them fixing the Netcode, the broke it again. I'm not sure, it only seems to have started about early-mid March.
